Course Description
Incorporate facilitated stretching into your manual therapy to help you assess current muscle function, improve range of motion, increase strength, reduce overuse injuries, and enhance performance.
Several passive and active techniques will be introduced including specific upper body and lower body routines.
Special attention will be paid to muscles that are difficult to treat and/or very sensitive to direct pressure.
Bring: Set of sheets and wear loose, comfortable clothing such as t-shirts and shorts.
