Course Description
In this 3 hour Warm Stone class, you will learn how to do a full body massage using warm stones. In addition, you will also be shown how to choose & care for the stones, and the therapeutic indications for, and contraindications of, this type of massage as well.
The warmth from the stones helps to reduce muscle tension at a quicker rate than in standard massage, is very soothing and relaxing and is very therapeutic as well. *Most spas do require or prefer you to have certification in warm stone before hiring.
