Course Description
In this 3-hour hands on class we will learn the cryotherapy techniques of Ice Massage, Ice Stroking and Cold Mitten Friction. We will explore how each of these techniques can aid in healing of damaged tissues, decreases swelling, pain and inflammation and can also be very beneficial for bedridden clients. Contrast therapy will also be reviewed.
Some cryotherapy supplies will be available for student purchase.
